the pose is very nice and dynamic but the image is lacking critical details.

This is one of the best snail kite flight poses I have ever seen posted. However, as Arash mentioned, it lacks details and I see a halo on the top part of the bird. I can see why you wanted to process this one. I would have too.

Great pose and light...But have to agree with the above comments. The bird is seriously lacking in detail and a harsh halo is also visible! Looks like too much NR was done!

Lovely dorsal view and comp. Ditto the above re. critical detail (large crop?) and halo. If in fact you ran any NR on the bird, maybe those issues can be mitigated somewhat.

Great pose but I too agree with issues of halo and IQ.

Great pose Bob and nice comp. Ditto all the above. If your focus distance is accurate your subject is well over 100yards away so that's a mega crop, resulting in the loss of detail.

Wicked pose with the wing/tail spreads. IQ lacking due to the large crop as mentioned before.

This image was only cropped and processed as described. Any recommendations that could improve details? This image was photographed in JPEG which I failed to mention. I think the halo is an illusion caused primarily by the light background of this site.

Bob, nice pose. I never had any luck at this spot. :) They are usually in the distance.
