I watched this gull trying sin success to land on this slippery rock of the flowing river and made this photo and must confess....i liked it ! And you??

Sounds like fun Yves !!! Love the action you captured here and the beautiful swirling water. The light appears to be a little harsh as then whites are blown out on the breast area and if you had moved just a bit more to the left since the bird is looking to the left you would be able to have more canvas on the left than on the right Don't know if that was possible though. One other thing is if it had been possible to get this image at a lower angle. many thanks for sharing.
