    Default Reborn From The Ashes



    This flower comes from a little tree that is across my home in the road . It was almost dry , day by day we was give the guy water , and there is few ago those white flowers came out it seems that he goin to live :)

    Nice exposure, I like the perspective and crop. I might try toning down the yellows of the background as the BG seems to overpower what is a beautiful flower.

    Hi Kostas, you are doing a great job with that macro lens, very nice! I like how you used the flash, it is nicely controlled and the softbox does a great job of diffusing the flash. I have one of those little folding softboxes, it really comes in handy and cost a whopping $10. I agree with Carole regarding the background, it is a little bright to my eye. Good job of saving the tree!

    Hey Kerry 10$ is very cheap , i have mine by lumiquest for 49 euros maybe 60-70$ i knew from the first that is not cheap at all but there is not a lot stores here to find it ..

    great effort and a beauty of a tree. Flower has nice white detail and I also agree on toning down the BG so it doesn't distract from the subject.
