    Created this at a slight down angle to use the dark water as BG. Made at Ding Darling NWR on overcast morning.

    Nice portrait David and good exposure. IMO I would like to see a little more room on the right and top.. Thanks for sharing.

    Though I can't see the noise on my monitor (BG too dark), I ran noise reduction and included Judy's crop suggestion.

    Nice pose. I see a lot of purple and green blotches in the BG. If I turn down my brightness a lot, they fade away.

    Can you see all the sections in the calibration strip at the bottom of the page clearly?

    Hey Jim,
    No matter what I do with brightness and contrast adjustment I can't distinguish the two darkest squares on the left (maybe just faintly). So, it must be my monitor. I did just play with brightness adjustment on image and if I lighten it considerably I can see what you mean. It is much more pronounced after compression. Might be time for a new monitor.
