    Default Bomenian Waxwing

A mixed flock of waxwings has been flying around our city. By placing myself in a spot they frquent I eventually saw them land. Here is a shot I like.

Hey Allan. Nice capture. Love the soft colors and bokeh of the BG. Details are sharp and I like the perch. Just wish the berries were not directly behind the birds head. Just a tad distracting ...although not too bad.

Do I love these birds and you did well here making her look wonderful. Perch is colorful too. Nit on the separation with the berries mentioned.

A very nice image, Allen. Minor nits as mentioned above. It looks oversharpened on my monitor.

The repost is much more appealing. I would be tempted to commit sacrilidge and BOOST the saturation of some of the berries.

There is a tiny bit of a halo around the bill and below the tail.

Either crop is a killer image. Your love of photography shows up well.
