How do you know if you spend too much time online?
Your portraits start to look like this -
Here is how I did it:
First-
Open new, fill black color.
Select Filter/Texture/Grain. Modify to vertical and adjust sliders to taste.
Select Color Balance. Modify to adjust Midtones -20/+50/+20
Use the Dodge Tool to add the occasional bright spots in the data stream.
Second-
Open image you want to use as portrait.
Cut the image out.
Add a green color layer and use opacity slider to adjust how the transparency.
Select/ Copy and then Paste to the "Data Stream" image.
