    Default Pink Wagtail?

Taken this white wagtail in my office campus @ Pune. we were lying down on the lawn near the canteen and other people are wondering what these guys are doing in the office attire :):) but to get good bokeh and sharp image..we have to take such risks :)
is this position of bird better or would it be good if it would be on the other side in the sun ? i have added the catchlight in the PP with normal curve adjustments, level adjustments and shadowss/highlights..

    Yogesh:

He looks sharp, well exposed. I can be a challenge when the bird is in the shade and the background is in full sun. Fill flash can help in this situation,.

I am not sure about your comment on bokeh, which is generally used to refer to the rendering of out of focus highlights. Getting lower won't directly effect that, although it helps the background recede and allow better isolation of the bird.

Good comp for a small in frame subject. (close to the rule of thirds intersection point)

    Cheers

    Yogesh,

Good composition. Good work getting down to the birds level. You have done well with a backlit bird. If he is hanging around the campus, try to get him on a perch - a simple stick in the ground might get him a little higher and you could have 100% of the background at the same distance away from the bird.
