    I posted another Western Wood Pewee on 8/05/2011, this is actually the same bird on another perch. How do you like this one? It was shot on a rural road outside Buffalo, Wyoming. Shooting data:

    I like the pose, perch (although I'd tone it down), BG, and comp. Very cute looking bird. Image looks to be a large crop? Fine details seem coarse, and lots of noise to be cleaned-up.

    Daniel, Sorry I didn't clean it up a little better. The crop is fairly large, I would guess about 75 %. Here is the repost cleaned up, what do you think?

    nice pose but the IQ is not great, looks like the original was quite soft and trying to sharpen in post has caused noise in the image

    Default Wrong on sharpening

    there was almost no sharpening done on this image. I am not sure what you are seeing.

    Image is quite soft and grainy as presented...very unusual for a D3S.
