    Beautiful image Alan! I like the setting, pose, details, sharpness and BG. I like how the yellow flowers compliment the beak.

    Alan, one heck of a shot...low angle, perch, flowers, colors....your stamp all over the shot. I know you like to stick to the aspect ratio. If one were to deviate, then a tad more room at top will make it better.

    These pictures are going to cost me MAJOR dollars because every time I see one of your shots I become more and more determined to go on one of your Alaska workshops with you. Talk about sweet advertising!! This picture is breathtaking. I am almost( but never really) speechless.The perch, the BG. the bird, the colors are superb. Did I mention how great this picture is!!

    Amazing image (per usual) Alan - well done. Great pose, "perch" and background. I'll likely be seeing some of this species soon, but probably not with the beautiful breeding plumage you've captured here.
