Here is an image from my backyard set-up. The BG is an OOF lilac bush in bloom. All C&Cs are welcome and appreciated.

Thanks for the comment Chad. The females that come to my house all look like this. The females colouring is kind of blotchy. I am not sure if it is a young one or not.

This is very good Jim. I really like the inclusion of flowers in bird images and this is sharp and well placed in the frame. You did well with the exposure. VWD

Nice sharp bird full of details and well exposed. Nice perch and set up. Amazing how the birds end up right where you want them in between the flowers.

Hey Jim, nicely framed between the blossoms, and you have captured a great pose. Sharpness and colours on the Oriole look spot on, and love the clean BG.

Thanks for your comments Yogesh. For this setup the twig with bloosoms was attached to the handle of a tripod and angled up toward the feeder which was higher. The Oriole lands on the twig and works his/her way up to the feeder. The RAW image is almost exactly what you see as this image is almost full frame.
