Flipped, topaz adjust, topaz clean, a touch of fract and some clean up

Hi Maureen, this one really caught my eye! I am a big fan of images like this that have elements of graphic as well as organic design. I get a really strong "Mardis Gras" feel from it. Nicely done with the filters and effects! Love the bold colors.
