    Managed to get down and sneak up fairly close.

    Like the water drop, nose hole and general scene
    BG NR and usm only, cropped from the left
    40D 1.4TC ON 100-400
    F8 1/400, Ev +.67, ISO 800

    Richard, good shooting angle and comp. IQ seems a bit lacking but that must be because of the 1.4x and iso. Good job in getting parallel.

    Lovely species and well done in getting this perspective...
    Agree with KD, IQ seems to have suffered from using the 1.4x on the 100-400 but I must say I expected it to look much 'worse for wear' with that combo so kudos for that
