    These guys are always fun to photograph when they come in to land. Just need the right winds to get a good look.

    i like the comp and the great HA and th wing spread. I would try to open up the blacks. Picture looks a bit dark to me,

    Nice perspective and angle Joe. I agree with Gail - the image looks a little dark to me and could benefit from opening up the shadows a bit. Tighter crop?

    This comp isn't workin gfor me, although I like his flying pose. I see what looks like 2 spots in the middle of your sand.

    I agree with Marina about the composition. Given that the bird is landing I would like to see the space below rather than above the bird.

    I agree on the bird placement in frame, maybe could use some room under the bird. I also agree with Gail, that the blacks have little detail and the whites are almost grey, looks to be dark.
