    Nice portrait composition Ben. Good detail in the sharpness on the head/eye and body. His head angle is just getting the nose a bit soft so might suggest a bit of selective sharpening there to help. Appears to be low light given the ISO, aperture and speed so perhaps not much room for stopping down for more DOF.

    It might be the light, but seems to have a bit of a red/magenta color cast - or it could be I have been looking at computers screens to much today.

    It was early in the morning after rain, Warthogs sometimes have a slightly different colour, depending on the colour of the mud where they had their last bath. That could explain the reddish cast. The colour just behind the head is "normal" colour.

    Would agree with Robert's observations/comments here Ben, plus there is a definite cast running through the image. Be nice to see the images as a repost once the small points are address.

    Great detail in the hair and skin. Like that red background as well.
