    Originally this was a Monk's Hood blossom. I choose just a part, flipped, used Topaz wood carving, PB, & curves, with various opacities and saturation and hue changes.

    Hi Nancy, Pleasingly soft with a pastel look. The image has a way of taking the viewer inside since I seem to be staring at the center possibly due to the yellow areas bringing me in. Good choice of color and nicely handled!

    Nancy, The colors are beautiful and the pattern is interesting. Nice work. I might tighten up the comp top and bottom if it were mine. You did a great job choosing the right part to flip! The blue background works really well with the soft tones of the flower.
