    Hi Chas.
    I am afraid that the slow SS caused a lot of blur. I would try to sharpen this and also clone out the 2 branches that do not have a leaf on them,

    Chas, the light hurt you here. SS wasn't sufficiently high looks like. The pose is nice and so are the colors in the BG.

    I like the pose, Bg, and all the branches/leaves as is. IQ on the warbler seems lacking and although I realize it was caused by the foliage I'd still try to tame the yellowish cast on it.

    Actually light was behind and toward tail giving a nice? yellowish halo from surrounding leaves.
    I tried to get rid or decreaase the yellow but it made it worst.
    One of those shots that you love ,but never will MAKE it !
    Interesting that on all shots of bird there is a yellowish wash there I never noticed before.

    Agree with the above. Believe me I have a lot of warbler shots in the same boat, busy little birds. I do like the clean background and I wonder if you could not have increased the SS and stopped down some for better DOF, since you were using flash.
