Congratulations Hilary Hann for your image "Ele bitz" being chosen as the Out of the Box Image of the Week for the week ending 7/8/2011!!!
I'm trying to make something useful out of bit and pieces of wild animals I've photographed recently … this is my first real attempt.

Some advice is needed though. I don't know how best to finish off the boxes with each image as I feel this is a bit to blockish. I was wondering if I should use an edge filter on each individual square within the rectangle. Any ideas would be gratefully received.

    Many thanks.

You have found your 'mojo' with a style too, excellent Hilary.

Well Steve, I have to say that I can now find uses for lots of images which most likely would have ended up deleted. I've even found a use for my failed birds in flights!! http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...read.php/87449 You just need a sense of humour.......

Hilary, this is fantastic, just seeing it now. As I have a special affinity for and involvement with eles, I really appreciate this even more. Congrats on your win, much deserved.

    Thanks everyone.

Melissa, you and I share a passion and I enjoy very much your many emails filling my inbox (well, not all of them make good reading sadly). Keep up the excellent work.

Thanks so much for your kind words, Hilary. I know, I can barely read most of the news stories myself, so much of it is so bleak and downright tragic.....
