Hi Raul, I do see a little bit of noise but not too much. The bigger issue is that the bird is seriously underexposed. What metering mode and shooting mode did you use? What gear? Please provide some information so that we can do a better job of critiquing the image.

Hi Kerry, i use canon 50D, sigma 150-500, f 8, iso 400, 1/125 , +3/4 over exposition, the problem here was the back ligth.

I, too, think the image is a little dark. If you could lighten the whole image in post processing, I think that would help a lot. I do like the space in front of the bird, and the catch light in the bird's eye.
Good detail. noise not bad Underexposure as noted Interesting color. would be prefer beter eye contact.
