Two hours trying to get a first flight pic this morning. The adult would fly in with a fish, land, squawk, and fly off.
About 10 times, obviously trying to get the chicks to fly, They never budged.
The upside is I got a lot of BIF photos.
I know the crop is tight, I would have liked more room at the top, but
I did not have any.

Nice shot I think I see a little sharpening halo especially around the left chick and the fish. A very well caught scenario with good detail and colour, you could consider adding a little canvas to the top to improve composition.
Thanks, Peter, I thought about trying to remove the sticks but my pp skills are not that great.
I also do not really know how to add canvas.
I did not BG blur.
I do not really know why there is the sharpenening halo's either, as It is not sharpened much at all.
I did very little to the photo, besides a crop at the bottom (the nest is on an old piling in the river).
The third chick is there, sits up once in awhile, but has always been the runt and is not nearly as
active as the other two.
Probably not a good sign.
