This Gallinule had been terrorising a group of mesoamerican turtles close to the restaurante I was enjoying a "jungle burger" in.
Location is Gamboa, on the Chagres River. The Gallinules were tossing baby turtles around and this one was biting the larger turtle
several times; unfortunately this is the one shot where they are both reasonably sharp.
The BG is water btw and I had to eliminate quite a bit of black spec debris in the bg.
I did not see a gallinule eat any turtles but was fascinating to watch.
