    Well, this definitely confirms I won't be kissing a GBH anytime soon!Very nice and interesting pose that grabs my attention right away. Nice dark BG adds a dramatic feel. Good exposure.

    Sharp with a nice tongue and well controlled whites. You might try lightening the middle tones a bit as it looks overall dark to me.

    Neat pose, good dark BG, and sharp as posted. I wouldn't mind a tiny bit more room above, and I'd eliminate the thin small line cutting across the iris.

    Interesting. Great exposure and detail, and nice TA (tongue angle). Dark BG makes it pop.

    Noelle, well timed to capture the open bill and the show of the tongue. I think you have cropped the heron perfectly, and the darker BG works well.

    Love the pose, and the sharpness is excellent. Another vote for brightening things up a bit.
