    A rare visitor here.
I had fun shooting it mostly in flight. This is one exception.
    Thanks for looking.
The focus point was not on the bird . Strangely enough it came out sharp, or my eyes deceive me.

Very nice pose and placement. Wonder if slightly increasing the saturation of the blues would be worth trying.

Nice action and placement of the bird in the frame. Looks acceptable sharp to me on the monitor.Nice feather detail on breast.
LikE WATER as is but you could play with color to picture it as you remember it.

Looks sharp enough from here. EXP right on. Could use a healthy crop from the bottom. Near-wing position less than ideal.

Looks good to me Karl. I like the landing pose and the water splash,

A rare visitor for sure! Good landing pose, but wish the front wing was more open. I'd crop about half the water below as the extra canvas there does not add anything. Good job with the whites. A bit of noise in some parts...did you need to lighten the shadows in post?

    Thanks Daniel.

Here is the crop, half of the water is gone.
You asked me if I needed to ligten the shadows.
I don't know for sure, as I did the original processing a while ago.
Then I opened it again before posting it, rotated it a bit and sharpened only the bird and the splash a little more.

Very sharp and nice landing! Like the repost. More focus on the pelican.
