    Default Garden Flowers Blurred

Shot a few various comps of these petunias and celosia flowers - all as blurs. They were under harsh sun on cloudless day so I used a polarizer and 3-stop ND filter to get down to 1.5 seconds and used my 80-400 VR lens.

    Look forward to comments.

Andrew, this is different and I like it - the colors are great and I like the delineation between the light side and the dark side. It almost looks like surrealistic clouds.

Great colors Andrew. Really like the transition from light to dark. The diagonals give this a real sense of energy.

Andrew, I love the colors and the soft brush strokes of the blur. It is lovely as presented and I could also see it w/ a slight crop from the right to create a sort of Yin Yang look. Love it!

Hi Andrew, I like the interesting blur patterns and bold colors. My eye sees this as a vertical, with the white area on the bottom, because these are obviously trees...

Very cool abstract, I like the colors, I think I would add more of the colors on the left, either 50/50 or 75/25 with the colors on the left being more dominant. TFS

    Hey Andrew,
About 100 ways you could go with this in PP'ing and crops........my initial though was to tone down the RH side and bring out more of the streaks.....but the more I looked at it......the more I liked it and would leave it as is! Loks like a new colorful flag and the contrast between bold and bright is very well seen and executed!

Lovely blur, I like the comp as is , feels like the right side is flowing over the left like wave trying to take it over.
