very nice perspective on this one, and nice light on the bird. I'm not a big fan of the dull grey background though, is it just from an overcast day, or is it some kind of mud flats?

I like the mood that the background gives - personal taste. That contrasted with the colours of the bird make for a nice image IMO. Your the go to man for these Avocet shots!

Great shot Arash, I love the dof you've captured head to toe. Sweet light and BGD make this a winner.

What a stunner, Arash. Sweet light indeed and amazing sharpness given this angle and closeness.

Another beauty, Arash. Gotta love the light, and the pose is terrific. Grey BG works for me. Nicely captured, as usual.

I like the angle here Arash, and well placed in the frame. Tack sharp, and love the colours and exposure.

I like the BG, the only thing that would have made it better would have been to be a bit farther away to get the far wing in focus.
Your NR is really good, it looks really good at iso1600, but a small crop helps a lot.
If you ever want to share your NR technique, (or maybe have and I have missed it), it would be really welcome, but otherwise, we can just appreciate the results.
