I took this at the beach recently and wanted to do a blur but didn't have any filters with me and I couldn't get a very slow shutter speed. I used a slight Gaussian blur, Topaz Buz Sim, Portrait Smooth and Mild Color then dup layer with a multiply blend and finally a Vibrance layer. I loved the turquoise colors in the original image but the colors were very muted and I wanted to bring them out.
Thanks for looking. Comments and suggestions appreciated.

Looks like a water color. Fine job. Should make a beautiful canvas print.

Cheryl, Lovely piece of art you have created. I like the soft color palette and the wave curl.

Cheryl, I really like this image...it reminds me of a trip I took to Sanibel years ago. The pastel treatment of colors and softness are wonderful...a serene image.
