She is gorgeous Chad! Love the BG and great HA

I loved how she visited us every day for a few minutes before returning to her nest.

I like this and we have a simular species here that I do take images of. Do you have the next couple of frames that have a raised foot? Blacks and whites look nice, sometimes I do blow the whites of this sort of coloured bird - this looks good though exposure wise. May go a bit brighter overall - could just be my monitor, most likley. TFS

Chad, you have absolutely nailed this. The exposure on both blacks and whites is excellent, tack sharp, and the BG is a killer. The overall brightness looks spot on from here. Well captured.

Gorgeous capture of the beautiful bird!
Wonderful pose, killer setting and BG, and excellent exposure and detail!

Wouldn't mind a bit more room at the bottom to give some more room for the virtual feet.
Also thought the color balance could use a tweak ... see what you think.

Very sweet image, just like the bird itself. Especially nailing are the low angle, excellent exposure and killer BG. Thanks for sharing it.

You've nailed it Chad. Nice light, setting, expo, pose ... I so badly want such a clean image of a stilt someday. Mike's WB tweak works very well imo.
You've been presenting my most favorite shore birds and waders - thanks for sharing!

Absolutely stunning, Chad--the colors, the bokeh, the sharpness. I'm green with envy. Love the second pose too--looks like a head on view of a high speed, high stepping ice skater! TFS.

Thank you kindly to everyone I really appreciate the re-post shot Mike, its seems to be a judgmental decision as to what light/wb you like the best, I prefer the warm light on most of my images as well.
