    Default American Oystercathcer in flight

OC in flight. Taken in Tampa bay. Thanks to captain Shadle for hosting us!

PS. Did wish for a full green BG, but did not have the opportunity.

nice one Arash, nice detail in the blacks, good eye contact, sharp, might try and clone out the light bits in the BG,one above the far wing primaries, and the one sitting on the beak, and the orange bit far right ,very nice image.thanks.

Superb pop, pin sharp image ESP the eye, BKGD work nicely, would only clone spot near beak and top wing.

Amazing as usual. Tack sharp, great eye contact. Another vote for removing the green blob above beak!

Nice angle and beautiful detail in both blacks and whites. I'd leave the orange spot but agree on the other two going.

    Great shot as usual...

    Hey Arash,
I actually like the variation on the BG. Bird is perfect.....BG clean up will take it over the top!

Tack sharp Arash, and nicely separated from the BG nicely. Excellent exposure throughout, and just love their eyes.

Arash, excellent sharpness. dont mind the mangroves BG much. very cool dorsal view with feet visible. IMO, a tad more room in front will help.

I love the pose and eye contact here. The wing position is good! While the BG gives a sense of habitat here, IMHO it distracts from the bird in this great flightshot.
