Default Fluff Cycle..... White Morph Reddish Egret

Whew!! So many images to look through. I had a long drive home from Michigan today and I just started loading my 5000 images from Florida.

Every morning Chad and I would go to our special spot where the waders would come to eat. We were pleased to be visited by this juvenile several days as he danced, fluffed and ate right in front of us. It was an amazing trip for so many reasons.

    Looks like a Juvenile?

Beautiful BG Noelle and love the low angle. I see slight reddish cast on the bird...or is it the color of the bird

Excellent low angle, pose and bg, Noelle.
Love how the water blends into the bg.
Curious to see what this would look like with a looser crop, although I love the way this comp show-cases the details.
    Well done!

Awesome Noelle, Killer BG and ruffled feather take this image to another level Agree with slight cast, easy to fix. I see the name of this bird is a white morph reddish egret, so could be wrong about colour cast TFS

Tack sharp Noelle, with a good fishing/hunting pose. You have left enough space for the virtual legs, and I like the varied layers and colours of the BG.

    Nice one Noelle.
Nice background, agree on just a bit more NR on the background. I like the crop but I could also could see a bit looser working.

Noell, Very nice pose and details in the whites, I agree a little more room would work too. Looks like you and Chad had an awesome time and got some great images!!

    Hey Noelle,
I like tight comps.....so works for me. Looks like a juvi.......and the fluffing up puts it over the top!

Lovely exp and texture. Nice angle. Feel it needs a 1 degree CW rotation

Thanks everyone! I really appreciate the feedback.

The reddish cast can be fixed, thanks for pointing that out. Sometimes our eyes play tricks on us.

Yes, he is a Juvi as I mentioned in my comments above my image.

I was so drawn towards the image that I missed to read the complete story above :-)
