    Default French Countryside

This is a 4 image pano of a farm in the Dordogne region of France. The architecture is distinctive to the area. Used PB,contrast adj and sharpened.
At this size it's hard to see the filters effect...

Dave, I agree with you it's hard to see the filters effect. Nice composition seems like a lot of foreground but maybe the effect is adding interest that I can't see at this size.

Your right Dave, the size detracts from the image....I can only imagine the detail of this image full size.
Maybe a crop of just the cliffs, the house and fields. Lovely image though, well done.

I'll be tasting some of that sweet wine from Bordeaux soon enough, 3 weeks til we leave. My wife and I will visit her alma mater in Dijon.

Beautiful composition, Dave. Love the colors. It would have been great to see larger version. Did you try 'Fit Image' and 1024 on the longest side.

    Hey Dave,
Just starting to see the effect on the larger size. Stitch looks good too and I like the comp....although you know me.....I might crop up from the bottom and eliminate the darker area in the field. Tough call at the size limitation!

Larger post looks much better, Dave, and stitching looks good. Beautiful wide scenic view, great color and nice job on the processing.

Hi Dave, love the PB filtering and the pano comp. The colors are fabulous also. The only thing I might do is consider evicting what looks like the irrigation sprinklers from the foreground. I find the one on the right a little distracting. Beautiful scene!

Dave, This size shows the effect better. I would still crop some off the bottom if it were mine. Andrew makes a good point regarding the sprinklers.

Agree with getting rid of the sprinkler and just a bit off the bottom. The effects are coming up quite nicely in the repost, must look amazing full size. Love the scene.

Lovely composition, light, and saturated colors - and at 1024 the treatment is quite visible and pleasing to look at. Agree on sprinklers, and slight bottom crop. Very nice, Dave!
