    Default Greetings from Malmö, Sweden

    Hi,

I was recommended this forum by a friend.

Living in Malmö, Sweden (Copenhagen is 20 km away across the Baltic) I have had an interest in photography for most of my life, my first SLR was an OM-1 purchased when I was student back in the 70's, followed by other (mostly) Olympus cameras over time. Jumped on the DSLR train some 2-3 years ago (stayed loyal to the brand).

I started bird watching casually to start with. Interest for bird photography got ignited while visiting national parks and having DSLR gear enabling med to take picture with acceptable quality. Interest for bird photography deepened last year as I ventured into digiscoping, opening a new world.

    Cheers,
    Tord Andreasson

    Welcome to BPN.

I was an Olympus man myself, OM-1 through 0M-4.

Welcome to BPN! I'm an Olympus man too, but with an ultra zoom(SP-550 UZ) as opposed to a DSLR.

Welcome to BPN...you are at right place and will be glad to have joined this site...

I was in Aalborg for one year in 2007...I never noticed the birds then but now I regret not being watchful...I just remember having seen Gulls and Swans.

It is beautiful part of the world. Looking forward to see your work and birds of Scandinavia.
