Tom - another cute kid image from Mt. Evans. I like the comp and nice detail in the fur/hair. There seems to be a very slight blue cast in some of the shadow areas on the coat to me.

I like the freshness of these images being posted, wether it's the clean colours, or it just reminds me of Switzerland I am not sure, but great to see.

I personally would like to see more space at the foot, drop the whole crop down a bit, and try to remove a little of the blue out of the coat. Noting Roger C's comment re the blue sky on your previous one (I think Tom?) you could leave as is, or drop it a fraction, personally I like the punch it has as presented. Ideally it would have been perfect iMHO to have the sky running overall to the RH avoiding the snow patches in the BG, but hey, in an ideal world. Think you could also run another round of USM on the kid.

Hopefully be good to get Steve C's thoughts & comments on this to Tom.

Very cute. Love the details and the flip of the tail. I also find it challenging where to crop the rocks. Seems like there are always out of focus rocks that are a bit distracting in the front, or the mount evans road in the background, or other goats that are facing away, so composition is challenging.
    Nice work!

Nice fresh image. The blue of the sky really packs a punch. I like the comp as is. I agree about the blue in the fur.

Very cute, I love the surge of mountain goat images that have popped up this week.
Another vote to reduce the blue in the fur and recover some blacks from the face.

You all are right about the blue tint. I have tried to correct it as suggested and sharpened a bit more.

    Hey Tom,
This one looks like he's ready to play and get into some mischief. Repost looks crisper and seems to correct the blue fur issue. The color of the sky is vibrant but believable and I still find myself marveling at the color range of blue we get here.
