    Gamboa Panama; seen only once in 3 months

    ID difficult but correct I think, note prominent wingbars and small size

    1/200 handheld, ISO 800, F 8
    40D and 100-400 +TC

    Nice BG !??

    Beautiful bird - Love the blue legs. The exposure was perfect and processing not over done. If I could wish for something it would have been a catch light in the birds eye. But even without it I would love this type of image everytime.

    Good focus and detail I imagine the light wasn't too good so focussing wouldn't have been easy.

    Took a 1000 shot sequence (the othther 999 are in the recycle bin)
