I probably should have posted this first, but I thought it was nice to see the progress and how fast they grow up.
Taken Yesterday, a week after the photo I posted yesterday.
The chick on the left is the dominant one, always eats first and looks great in his almost fledgling feathers.

You sure are lucky to have this kind of access to an osprey nest with chicks. What takes away from this capture for me are all the highlights in the water, and there is a lot of water here. I think if you keep going out you will ultimately get the right pose of all family members with a cleaner BG.
Dan, I like how all the eyes are visible, and you are very fortunate to witness a family like this. I agree with Marina that the highlights are a tad distracting in the BG. Furthermore, I would also crop away a lot from the top - far too much space there. IMHO, if you cropped away just below the solid line of highlights, it would improve the BG a lot.
