I have a 600mm non/IS. The locking mechanism on the hood, just
fell off (this is the part that tightens the hood to the lens).

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I see there are two small holes for screws..anybody know what size?

I'm also assuming that I'm going to have to glue the mechanism back
onto the hood also? Suggestions for a glue?
