    this is a zoom blur from a beautiful sunrise this morning!!

    Nikon D300, 18-200VR at 75mm, f/25,1/6s, OEV, sensitivity = 1EV under 200

    Comments and critiques are welcome and appreciated.

    Proud of you Harold !!!! Haven't tried a sunrise zoom blur !!! Neat Would suggest darkening the mid cloud layer for effect

    Particularly like the bold colors and gentle zoom giving good detail Excellent feel and appealing !!!

    Hi Harold,
    Repost is much stronger. I would play with this one some more as to different possible crops. I've tried one below.....but going back to original was wondering if I cropped out to much of the clouds in the sky. I also used Robert Amoroso's USM trick on it (30 amount, 30 Radius, and 0 threshold) and it definitely popped! Also cloned out a little balck from sun. I think you have a real winner here and no matter your choice of tweaks.....the original is a super keeper! Let me know what you think,

    I like the idea of getting the sun out of the middle by recrop (note that it is in the middle due to this being a zoom blur). I would leave more of the top.
