    Chris:

Your low angle really shows off his "stilts". Nice colors, drip, exposure.

In a perfect world, I might wish that his tail didn't merge with the dark clump in BG, but that is about it!

    Cheers

VERY VERY Nice!!! Love the shooting angle, IQ is great and the colors and light are fantastic. But what really stands out for me is the eye, nice one!

    Thanks a bunch guys

Dumay, I burnt the pupil(?) 'till it was dead and did three passes with dodge tool (at 22%) over the iris(?). It's a real improvement over the original IMO

A fantastic capture IMO. Love the angle and detail. The water drop adds even more to a super image.

Great colours as well and perfectly exposed!

    Superb!

Wonderful low angle, pose, and composition, Chris! Great job with the blacks and whites, like the one bent leg, ripples, and drop on the tip of bill puts it over the top. Well done!

The low perspective and the angle of the stilt works well here, and glad you left the surrounding foliage. Good colour of the water BG, and of course you timed the droplet to perfection.

Agree with all the above ... love that golden water and BG!

Maybe just a tad more room at the bottom if you have it.

Chris I love the colors of the water as well as the drop of water on the beak. I can almost see the foot moving thru the sludge. I use your technique on eyes alot and it really does help. Really nice
