    Really like the contrast of the bright yellow bird on the green and purple image. Very striking!
    I would be tempted to crop just a little tighter - excluding the thistles on the right edge and taking a little off both top and bottom to preserve proportions.
    Nice one!

    nice enviromental shot,nice bird,maybe lighten the eye a bit,and crop some more,wish the head was turned to us a bit more,but still very nice shot.thanks.

    Very nice, Dan! Beautiful bird, and nice details. Love the complimentary colors on this, great soft light, and nice contrast of subject and BG. Maybe a bit off the Rt., and agree about trying to lighten eye. Nice work!

    Dan, I like the contrast of colours, and you have exposed the finch nicely. Since most of the space on the right has OOF foliage, I would create a vertical here. A little head turn towards you would have been good.
