    My favorite bird in a banking move !!! Not sure why but I do like female grackles Today there were some flying about Waco and decided to concentrate on the girls !!!

    Hi Al, Beautiful spread of wings and tail - goood exposure, detail and BG. A bit more space, as Maxis suggested, would enhance composition but very nice as is!!!

    Well capture Al. This was a tight bank. I really like how the feet are tucked and pointing back towards teh tail

    Nice capture Al. I like the wing position and all the feather detail. I've had many run ins with these grackles. They don't like me and enjoy dive bombing me. lol.

    I think I know that Bird Alfred < smile >. Beautifully captured and I love the banking pose with the tucked in feet and slight head turn. Love it !!!

    The grackles have only recently started moving northward into to California. This capture is very good and shows of the subtle colors nicely.
