    That is one mean looking foot I like pose and colors but I do wish the one blade of grass was not merging with the bill.

    I don't mind the blade of grass as it is obviously picking it up with its' bill. The brighter dried grasses in ULC catch my eye, you could do without them IMO. I would also blacken the pupil as there is currently a bit of bluish haze in it. Nice colours and details.

    Great pose and detail Nico. IQ is great and the light looks good. Could use a slight CW rotation to level the water. Nice one

    I agree om the slight rotation and on the eye. Super detail and lovely pose as well. The colours truly are amazing!

    Nico, the thumbnail does not do justice to this one :-) nice shot...terrific colors, pose and sharpness. Excellent subject placement. Raised foot is the best part. Difficult BG to deal with.

    Hi Nico, the light has brought out the colours very well, and I like the behaviour captured. Your low angle works well. Another vote for a touch of CW rotation. Korsmans ???
