    Hi

I have never witnessed a Hummingbird being fed before and was amazed that even on this windy day the mother was able to put her beak right down the throat of the youngster without harm.

The location is South of Boquete, Panama and I waited a lohg time for the mother to return; I had observed her approaching the youngster but was thrilled when the feeding started. Light conditions were really difficult and I know the shadows are not ideal but I feel the shot was well executed considering. I hope you like them!

As for species, I am unsure and would ask for ID if possible; my first choice would be White necked Jacobin but due to location could be the blue throated.

    Nice capture and worth posting.
Focus is a bit mushy and maybe a bit oversaturated.
