Amazing image Mike. Such an endearing pose by this chick.
Light, bg, sharpness and low angle are perfect too.
    Fantastic!

Awwwwww Love that the little wing is dropped.

Maybe a 3x4 ratio for the crop would suit.

Excellent pose. Most shots were see are the profile or slightly turned towards us. This one is different - and cute. I like the closed eye.

I like the pose and composition, in this particular case I don't mind the missing feet at all, it seems to emphasise he is a such a little chap.

    Mike:

Too cute! Sharp, well exposed, neat preening pose.

My first thoughts on viewing it were the same as Ofer's, needs a bit off the top, and wish I could see the feet, but it is very nice as is.

    Cheers

Mike, Sweet pose and I like the wing. The feet would be nice but it doesn't take away from the image IMO.

What? No eye contact? Seriously, this is wonderful. I love when a bird preens in your presence, it shows he's relaxed and that is what I feel when looking at this image. There is so much interest in the head and wing that the feet don't matter to me. Only thing I might suggest is a small slice off the bottom, feels a bit heavy. The soft light made this series sing.

An opportunity well used Mike. Sweet pose, and obviously in dreamland. I like the colours in the BG.
