You managed to do a good exposure job Gus considering the contrasty lighting. The image is sharp and DOF is good.
I would reduce the Blue sat on the BG and the red sat on the face. Other than fill flash not much you can do with the underwing darkness other than blend another image or a psuedo HDR.
