    Default Yellow-eyed Babbler.

    Picture was taken early in the morning of May, 2011. Image is cropped from horizontal to vertical for composition, sharpened.
    Canon EOS 550D, 100-400mm IS USM, Av mode, F: 7.1, SS: 1/600, ISO: 400, Spot metering, White balance: Auto. Exposure bias: 0.0. Hand held. C& C most welcome.

    Really neat feeding behaviour with unique pose/grip. Well exposed.

    The face looks like it could use a bit more sharpening.

    Interesting challenge from a composition standpoint. I might try a version moving him off center a bit by cropping in just a bit form the left. Might be interesting to see the original before you cropped, to see what you had to work with. You can add it to the thread.

    Might consider a bit more subtle signature line in the photo as well.

    I agree with Randy, except that I'd like to see the subject closer to the right edge, and perhaps also a little lower in the frame. The grasses are very sharp so I'm guessing the DOF did not cover the eye, or the subject moved its head.

    Nice capture Satish...I would try and keep the bird head in right upper third of grid if that is possible.
