This Common Tern was giving a young Oyster Catcher heck for getting too close to it's nest. Cropped for presentation. Would have liked to see the Oyster catcher as well , but it could not to be seen due to the tall grass.

Fantastic calling pose and wing position, excellent exposure and detail, and love that BG!
    Very nicely done, Joe!

Crop-wise, if you have any more room below, I think I'd like to see the bird higher in the frame.

Great capture, Joe. Sharp and well exposed and shows just how aggressive these birds can be when protecting nests and young.

Great pose and exp captured against a great BG...I would like to see more room below and less above, maybe even a portrait crop.

Excellent in flight captured! Great coloured bg and exposure. Agree on maybe having the bird a bit more up in the frame.

    Great image, well captured!

Good one, Joe. Love the pose you've captured, against a wonderful bg. Another vote for higher placement; but a beautiful image either way.

Joe, Great behavior and pose! Love this one. I agree a tiny bit more room on the bottom if you have it. Very nicely done and makes me want to get out there soon!
