Lovely sharp image. I would consider adding some space and cloning out the bright sky? Perhaps the image could be a tad brighter? Very good DoF

Nice DOF and sharpness. The image looks a bit tight. I also woiuld clone out the white at the top if it were mine.

I agree on cloning out the white at the top and giving him a bit more space. Lovely detail and conditions very well handled. Just watch the little dust spot above the tail feathers.

    Very well done!

I too would clone out the sky and add some canvas as it is a bit tight. Still a fine image as is. I also think the dark feel adds to the subjects personallity and would leave it as is.

Nice and sharp, but I feel the image is too tight in the frame, also a bit dark. I see a dust spot above the birds top wing. I would also clone out the sky. TFS Dudley

Excellent bird angle, details and DOF. Pity about the sky. Agree with others that it is too tight and needs to be a bit brighter. I am sure you will get something even better next time.

Great repost Dudley, and you certainly captured good detail. You gotta love those GC BG's.
