Another beautiful shot from you Allan! I love the singing pose and the beautiful BG. I like the mosses and lichens on the perch but might take a little bit off the bottom as I find it overwhelms the bird a bit. I love the soft browns and ochre colors.

    Alan:

Excellent techs as usual, nice pose, unique perch, nice light, BG.

I could see a version with a bit off the right and bottom(as Gail mentioned)

    Cheers

Wonderful pose and Killer BG and the lichen covered rock ads a lot of character to image.

Very nice!! I only see these guys in winter plumage, so its nice to see a beautiful photo of one in breeding attire. I agree some could be taken off at bottom, but I find the comp well balanced as is too.

    Exceptional work as always, Alan.
I absolutely love the bird, look back singing pose, perch and the bg.
I love the comp as is and wouldn't change a thing.
    Another perfect image!

Brilliant pose and exposure . Lovely frame . Feel the perch overpowers the bird a tad wee bit .
