    Its a very nice image. A little sharpening on the head and the beak would make it look better.

    Morteza:

    Good head position here with the look back pose. Well exposed.
    Perch is nicely scaled for the bird, although the broken/cut off stubs aren't quite as attractive.

    In the background, I would be tempted to use a soft brush and lightly paint over the darkest areas with a color selected from the lighter areas of the background, to just even it out a bit.

    I agree about a bit more sharpening on the head.
