Vivaldo, great colors, eye-level shooting angle and light and composition.

If mine, I'd do a round of sharpening on the eye.

The colors in this ROCK! Love the way you used them in your background. Delightful to see this one.

Excellent perch and BG. The colors are amazing! I might tone down the white patch on the throat a tad.

    Well done!

Awesome colors and pose Vivaldo! May have preferred this as a vert.......but still a very nice capture and with the added tweak.....this will shine!

If possible...moving left to place the bird just to the right of the colored grass would have further elevated this fine image.

great light and color, I agree with moving to the left if it were possible.

Lovely pose, colours and detail. I think the lower part of the body is sharper than the head. White on chin looks hot to me.

Thanks for comments it's appreciated I will have a look at white area. I was in a hide unfortunately and wasn't able to move more left.

Thanks Chris. Yep the good old days at Marievale. It's about two year since my last visit there, a real pity

Vivaldo, a good angle captured here, and I feel a vertical would have worked better. I know the hide at marievale is very small, so Im not sure if you could have moved to your left.
