    One of my favorite birds Bill. Nicely framed with good eye contact and well exposed. Many thanks for sharing.

    As above but the proximal (pink) portion of the bill is toasted, i.e., no detail. With this bird and most cameras a bit of underexposure is needed to keep from burning the base of the bill.
