    Lovely pose and light. Exp looks good. there are some streaks above the head of the bird in between the wings also a spot just below the left wing( viewers right). Once those are sorted it will be a lovely image. Nice one stuart

    Wow! that is some pose and stair you were able to capture.

    Did you do something to the BG? The bird looks cut out to me. Maybe it is just the contrast between the BG color and the bird fooling me.

    Great timing, exposure on the bird looks terrific!

    Hi Stuart,
    I love the pose but something is wonky with the sky. As pointed out , there is a black dot to bird's left and some black smudges between the wings. I would move the perch to the viewers right so that the perch comes out of the corner,

    popped the bg a little will correct that and clean up the dust spots
